This traditional Christmas drink is one that you'll love.
Preparation time : 10 min Cooking time : 00:00 Servings : 4Beat the eggs for 2 – 3 minutes until frothy. Gradually beat in the sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup + 1 tbs castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup rum
- 2 cup pouring crream
- 2 cup milk
Stir in the brandy, rum, cream and milk.
Pour into a jug and serve chilled.
