Sweet and sour pork stir-fry
Preparation time : 15 min Cooking time : 15 min Servings : 4Heat the sunflower oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Stir in the pork strips and fry until cooked through.
- 250 g bean sprouts
- 2 cloves garlic
- one bunch of spring onions
- 500 g pork
- 30 ml sunflower
- 15 ml sesame seeds
- 60 g sweet-and-sour sauce
- one red and yellow pepper cut in strips
Add the peppers and spring onions and stir-fry for two minutes. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a further minute.
Stir in the sesame seeds and the sauce, then heat for about five minutes or until warmed though. Serve with rice or noodles.
