Golden potato wedges

Delicious crispy wedges worth waiting for!

Preparation time : 10 mins Cooking time : 10 mins Servings : 4
  • 4 - 6 large potatoes
  • 750 ml canola oil
Par-boil potatoes and drain them.
Cut in wedges and deep-fry in sizzling hot oil (but no smoking) until golden and crispy
You have to let the guests wait for the tatties and not the other way round though!!!
