Asian-style beef with stir-fried vegetables
Preparation time : 15 min Cooking time : 15 min Servings : 4Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the steak and mix well. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- 300 g rump steak, sliced
- 100 ml teriyaki sauce
- 15 ml cornflour
- sunflower oil
- 1 pack ready-cut stir-fry vegetables
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- Chinese noodles, to serve
- coriander, to serve
Mix the cornflour with a little water to form a paste. Mix in the remaining teriyaki sauce. Heat the sauce in a wok or frying pan until thickened. Remove and set aside.
Heat a little oil in the wok and sear the meat. Remove and mix it into the thickened sauce.
Heat a little more oil and stir-fry the vegetables until just done. Add the spring onions and serve with the beef on a bed of Chinese noodles, garnished with coriander.
