Grilled salmon salad with ginger dressing

Ingredients (9)

20 ml fresh chillies — 573
200 g salmon
250 ml cherry tomatoes — halved
1 avocado — chopped
100 g baby spinach
DRESSINGS:
3-5 ml fresh ginger — finely grated
15 ml lemon juice — or white wine vinegar
45 ml fresh chillies — 573
Tabasco sauce — or chilli powder

Method:

Rub the oil over the fish and fry in a hot pan for a few minutes on each side. The centre should still be pink. Once done, set aside to cool, then flake. Toss together with the remaining ingredients.

Mix the ginger and lemon juice together for the dressing, then slowly whisk in the olive oil and Tabasco sauce or chilli. Serve with the salad.
