Mini Greek chicken pitas

Preparation time : 15 min Cooking time : 20 min Servings : 4
  • 500 ml chopped cooked chicken
  • 75 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 50 ml mayonnaise
  • a round of feta cheese
  • mini pita breads
Mix the chicken with the Greek yoghurt and mayonnaise.
Stir in one round of crumbled feta cheese. Season to taste and spoon into toasted mini pita breads or cut ordinary sized pitas in half and fill each half.
Add sliced or julienne ribbons of cucumber.
