Spicy sweet and sour chicken

Preparation time : 15 min + marinating time Cooking time : 40 min
  • 1/2 cup spicy mango chutney
  • 2 Tbs reduced salt soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • 8 chicken pieces
Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces making sure they are well coated.
Place in a seal-able container and marinate in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Place the chicken with the marinade in a roasting dish and roast for 30 – 40 minutes until cooked.
Spoon some of the liquid over the chicken after 20 minutes.
Serve immediately with some greens or pack them for the lunch box or picnic.
