Sweet and sour pork stir-fry

  • 250 g bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • one bunch of spring onions
  • 500 g pork
  • 30 ml sunflower
  • 15 ml sesame seeds
  • 60 g sweet-and-sour sauce
  • one red and yellow pepper cut in strips
Heat the sunflower oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Stir in the pork strips and fry until cooked through.

Add the peppers and spring onions and stir-fry for two minutes. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for a further minute.

Stir in the sesame seeds and the sauce, then heat for about five minutes or until warmed though. Serve with rice or noodles.
