Bertus Basson's milk tart milkshake
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 250 ml milk
- 5 ml ground cinnamon
- vanilla meringues
- vanilla marshallows
- icing sugar
In a blender place the ice cream and add the milk, bit by bit.
Blend until thick and smooth.
Add the vanilla paste and cinnamon and blend again.
Pour the milkshake into a glass jar and garnish with the meringues and marshmallows.
Give it a final dusting with cinnamon and icing sugar before serving.
