- 500 g raw oats
- 250 ml All-bran flakes
- 250 ml desiccated coconut
- 125 ml sunflower seeds
- 60 ml sesame seeds
- 60 ml roughly chopped nuts of your choice
- 60 ml honey-melted
- 125 ml melted coconut oil
- 5 ml salt
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- 250 ml raisins
In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the raisins, until everything is well coated.
Evenly spread the raw muesli onto two baking trays and bake for 45 minutes, mixing the muesli through every 15–20 minutes to ensure an even coating.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before adding the raisins.Store in an airtight container or a zip-seal bag for up to four weeks
