Frozen berry and mint Daiquiri

Alcohol-free Daiquri with a berry minty twist.

Preparation time : 5 min Servings : 2
  • 250 ml berry juice
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • fresh mint
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • fresh berries, to garnish

Place the juice, frozen berries, lime juice, mint, sugar and ice.

Blend until smooth then pour into tall glasses.

Serve with a straw, garnished with fresh mint and berries.
