Milo ice cream
Easy ice cream you can make even without an ice cream machine - ice cream at home never tasted so good!
- 1 cup Milo
- 4 Tbs boiling water
- 250 ml cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
Place one cup of Milo in a bowl and add four tablespoons of boiling water, strain into a clean bowl and set aside to cool.
Beat cream until thick, add in Milo and condensed milk and mix well. Churn in an ice cream machine for approximately 20 minutes.
Pour into a sealed container and place in the deep freeze for a couple of hours to firm up.
Notes: If you don’t have an ice cream machine, pour into a sealed container and stir well every hour for about 4 hours.
