Sriracha honey grilled chicken wings
Try out this Asian styled wings recipe from YU restaurant.
- 500 g chicken wings
- 5 Tbs Sriracha sauce
- 200 g honey
- 250 ml soya sauce
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- 15 g black and white sesame seeds
Rub Chicken Wing in Olive oil, salt and pepper
Mix Sriracha, Honey & Soya sauce ingredients in a bowl
Pour mixture over the chicken wings and leave wings to marinade in the fridge for 4 hours
Put oven on 180 degrees
Once the oven is ready, put chicken wings on a tray and cook for 10 minutes
Brush the wings with marinade and turn wings over for another 10 minutes
Put oven to grill and brown wings until golden brown
Sprinkle Sesame seeds on wings once finished in the oven.
