Zola Nene's microwave chocolate coffee mug cake
Preparation time : 5 min Cooking time : 1.5 min Servings : 11. In a 300ml microwaveable bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, icing sugar, egg, milk, oil, vanilla and chocolate chips. Beat well with a whisk until smooth and blended. Microwave on high power for 90 seconds.
- 60 ml cake flour
- 2.5 ml baking powder
- 30 ml cocoa powder
- 15 ml instant espresso coffee powder
- 60 ml icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 45 ml milk
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 45 ml chocolate chips
- To serve:
- 1 scoop of ice cream or custard
2. Top with a scoop of ice cream or custard (or both) to serve.
